Simon Hesketh, director of regeneration at U+I, has left the company after 21 years to seek new opportunities.
During his career at U+I, Hesketh was responsible for projects including 10 and 12 Hammersmith Grove, Vertium in Dublin, and Paddington Central.
As head of regeneration, he led the team responsible for the mixed-use scheme above Southwark Tube station and The Future Works in Slough.
A press spokesperson said: “We are very sad to see him go, and excited to learn what the next phase in his career will bring.
“Richard Upton, U+I’s chief development officer, continues to have direct responsibility for shepherding our pipeline of regeneration development projects and nurturing the significant talent in our regeneration team.”
