Workspace Group has sold two sites, in Shoreditch and Wood Green, for a combined £34.75m.
It sold the 23,000 sq ft Vestry Street Studios for £19.25m, with a net initial yield of 4.3%. The 55,000 sq ft Alexandra House was sold for £15.5m, at a 38% premium to the 31 March valuation, with a net initial yield of 4.1%.
The combined sales prices reflected a 20% premium to its 31 March valuation.
