AEW UK has agreed a new lease with a key occupier at Wakefield 41 Business Park to double its premises to 200,000 sq ft.
Integrated Third Party Logistics has agreed a 10-year lease at £1.2m pa for its premises following a major expansion of the business park. It includes a rent review after five years.
The warehousing and logistics provider has occupied Wakefield 41 since 2011. The new facility has increased its capacity – enabling 200 vehicle movements per day – and will operate every hour, seven days per week.
