Residents at Bent Hill, Buckingham have returned to London’s High Court in the latest round of a long-running dispute that will ultimately determine whether they are to get a public sewer to replace their failing septic tanks.
Anglian Water, which has twice been told by the Environment Agency that it must install a public sewer in the village, has launched its second High Court challenge to that decision.
The hearing continues.
Anglian Water v Environment Agency Queen’s Bench Division (Owen J) 13 May 2003.
