Bircham Dyson Bell announces merger

Bircham Dyson Bell and Hutchinson Mainprice have announced a merger between the firms.

The Hutchinson Mainprice team will join Bircham Dyson Bell in the real estate department at their Westminster office. The joint firm will trade as Bircham Dyson Bell.

Hutchinson Mainprice has a long established reputation in the boutique commercial and residential property sectors for high-net-worth individuals.

The merger forms part of Bircham Dyson Bell’s wider strategy to develop its key practice areas, including realm estate.

Jesper Christensen, managing partner at BDB, said: “We are delighted to be joining forces with Hutchinson Mainprice; a firm with shared values and a complementary client base.

“Our ambition is to grow by developing all areas of the firm and we continue to look at all options to achieve this.”

Alastair Hutchinson of Hutchinson Mainprice added: “We are very much looking forward to joining BDB in a merger that boosts our excellent reputation acting for clients on all types of property transactions and also enables us to offer a much wider range of services to our existing clients.”
