International law firm Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP (BLG) has added a new partner to its real estate team.
Mark Sellers and associate Vicky Nunn have joined BLG from Field Fisher Waterhouse, where they worked in the real estate group as specialists in public sector transactions and regeneration projects.
Sellers and Nunn have extensive experience of advising on property transactions designed to assist public sector bodies fulfil their statutory objectives, whether through the regeneration of sites, public sector reorganisations or the management of property portfolios.
They also advised on corporate support matters, property aspects of AIM listings and franchising.

“Our practice has progressed significantly despite the downturn and we are therefore taking the opportunity to expand the department and increase the breadth of our property services.
