Burges Salmon has selected Castlemore’s Temple Quay Central for its 170,000 sq ft new headquarters.

It has agreed to pay £27.50 per sq ft for the building, ending months of speculation as to whether it would move to Temple Quay or Deeley Freed’s city centre St Mary Le Port scheme.

The firm shortlisted both in March this year following a two-year analysis of 30 sites in the city.

Managing partner Guy Stobart said: “We are a Bristol firm and were absolutely committed to staying in the city.

“Both sites were attractive options. The proximity of Temple Quay to the station makes it the ideal strategic location for us, as our practice continues to develop on a national and international scale.”
