The members of Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper have voted in favour of the merger of the two firms. Outstanding details are being finalised and the combined firm will launch as DAC Beachcroft LLP on 1 November.
DAC Beachcroft will have a turnover exceeding £175m and more than 2,000 staff. The new firm will have a comprehensive network of offices in the
