Electronic conveyancing to ‘revolutionise’ property market

Electronic conveyancing could become a key feature of the UK property market within two years and be the prevalent method for buying and selling property within 5-7 years.

A new bill reforming land registration law and facilitating electronic conveyancing is due this year and a steering group has been created to oversee the introduction of the scheme in England and Wales
