HBJ Gateley Wareing has appointed Michael Park as a partner in the commercial property team. He will be working on major developments and projects across the Midlands region.
Park joins the 58-partner firm from the Birmingham office of Hammonds, where he was the head of the property department. He has more than 20 years experience, advising commercial property developers, property companies and private investors on a variety of large-scale projects, including acquisitions, investments, joint venture and development agreements.
Commenting on his appointment, Park said: “I am delighted to be joining the firm, which is such a significant player in the local and regional market. With the rapid scale of growth across the East and West Midlands, I look forward to making a contribution to many of the major development and regeneration projects in the market.”
