Law firm Kennedys is considering a City prelet.
The firm is negotiating with insurance broker Willis to take a sublease of half the 122,000 sq ft 1 Fenchurch Avenue, EC3, for a new HQ.
The development is part of British Land’s 51 Lime Street scheme, where Willis took a prelet in 2004.
It completes in June 2007.
