Two London law firms have merged in a bid to consolidate their corporate and real estate services.
Tite & Lewis is joining Legal 500-recommended solicitor Lawrence Graham in its office on the Strand, London, and will practice under its partner’s name.
The team comprises five partners Christopher Tite (corporate), Mark Lewis, Jon Edgell and Tim Pullan (technology and outsourcing), and Louise Gowman (real estate) together with 15 other lawyers and 11 staff.
Lawrence Graham, which employs more than 250 lawyers, is recommended by the Legal 500 for, among other specialisms, property litigation, planning, property finance and leasehold enfranchisement.
It has four offices, two of which are based in London, one in Monaco and the fourth in the Ukraine.
Tite & Lewis was formerly affiliated with Ernst & Young.
