Maples Teesdale expands all-female real estate finance team
Hannah Zaback has joined Maples Teesdale’s real estate finance team as the latest senior hire in an all-female team.
Zaback (pictured above, far right) joins as senior associate from real estate finance loan servicer Trimont Europe, where she was in-house counsel, following eight years at Rosling King. Her appointment follows those of Zoe Miller (centre) as head of real estate finance in 2023 and Annie Sahakian (second from left) as an associate earlier this year.

In her new role, Zaback will act for lenders, borrowers and agents on acquisition and development finance transactions, as well as advising them on a broad range of real estate finance transactions across different asset classes.
Maples Teesdale represents some of the UK’s biggest property companies, funds and financial institutions, including Firethorn Trust, Pictet Alternative Advisors, Lloyds Banking Group, Maslow Capital, Patrizia, Investec and Tristan Capital.
