London-based mortgage companies Lamensdorf Group plc and Lamensdorf Mortages are suing 43 individuals for breach of contract and use of confidential information.
The two companies are seeking injunctions against the 43, plus an inquiry into damages and an account of profits for breaches of contract.
They are also seeking damages for infringement of database rights, and breach of confidence, and claim that the 43 have used confidential information belonging to the two companies, in breach of contract and rights of confidentiality. Additionally, they are accusing the 43 of inducing employees to breach their employment contracts.
The two companies are also suing 20Twenty Consulting, 20Twenty Mortgages and 20Twenty Healthcare for injunctions, an inquiry into damages and an account of profits for inducing breaches of contract, inducing infringement of database rights, and inducing breaches of confidence by the 43.
