A dispute between Norfolk neighbours over the cost of shared water at their properties has ended in partial agreement at the Appeal Court today.
Today the Court of Appeal formally allowed Philip Townsend’s appeal, but, in doing so, they upheld a deal agreed to by both parties, under which they will split the shared water costs on a 70:30 basis, with Townsend paying the larger share for the time being. If and when the situation changes, the two have agreed to go to arbitration to save further court action.
