Portsmouth FC sues over goods yard purchase

Portsmouth City Football Club is suing Sellar Properties (Portsmouth), and Singer & Friedlander Properties plc in a dispute over the purchase of Fratton Goods Yard in Fratton, Portsmouth.

In a writ issued at London’s High Court and just made publicly available, the club is seeking a High Court declaration that the Milton Lane allowance, dated 21 October 1999, is £1.1m, and that the purchase price in the option agreement, payable by the club to Sellar upon completion of its purchase of land at Fratton Goods Yard, is £900,000.

The claim was issued by Paris Smith & Randall.
