Q   Our client is one of a number of house owners who have the right to use a private road “in common with all other persons so entitled”. Can he claim an exclusive right to park vehicles in front of his house?
A   Yes, provided the use accords with the normal use of the house, and does not interfere unreasonably with the corresponding rights given to the other owners: see McClymont v Primecourt Property Management Ltd [2000] EGCS 139.
