Leasehold houses: enfranchisement opportunities increased
Brought into force on 26 July 2002, changes made by sections 137-149 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 will affect numerous leasehold houses hitherto excluded from the enfranchisement regime created by the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
