Jonathan Seitler QC of Wilberforce Chambers returns for the fifth episode of The Agenda with the assertion that “rights of light is witchcraft”.
Setting out his case, he suggests seven key similarities between the ancient art and rights of light – including reference to the Bible and long-standing rules.
To counter his assertion, he is joined by property litigator Emma Humphreys – a partner at Charles Russell Speechlys. Together they discuss the value of injunctions, utility of specialist experts, calculation of damages, the complexity of the related law and what, ultimately, might replace it. Emma even brings a touch of magic to the proceedings.
