Training message becomes medium

If there’s one problem with the ongoing e-revolution, it’s that people need to learn to use computers. While the advent of the internet has been likened to the arrival of the telephone system, a PC is significantly more complex than a phone.

Can the internet itself provide the answer to this problem? One company that certainly thinks it can is Citex, which describes itself as a building infrastructure management firm – FM to the rest of us. In fact, the company believes that the whole range of its training initiatives can be boosted in this way.

Citex makes it pretty clear that it wants to be seen as cutting-edge. Its logo is bright and modern, and its website states a lot of aspirations for the company without giving much detail of what it does. Even the interior of its City office is funky and stylish.
