The opportunity to own your own cinema will be the star lot at the next Acuitus sale.
A seven-screen Odeon in Worcester, Worcestershire, will be one of 69 lots offered at the upcoming auction on 21 May.

The shop currently generates £110,000 per annum and will be guided at £1.9m.
The May sale will include commercial assets producing a total rental income in excess of £5.5m.
Guide prices for the investment opportunities range from £50,000 to £3m. The auction will take place at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, W1.
