Ascot Racecourse played host to hundreds of industry professionals on Friday in a charity networking event, which has raised more than £1.5m since it started 10 years ago.
Property Race Day was founded by the late Derek Lucie-Smith, former chief executive of Gresham House, as a summer social event to raise money for charity.
This year’s charity beneficiaries were LandAid, SOS Children’s Villages, The Children’s Trust and Sebastian’s Action Trust.
Race sponsors included Helical Bar, Knights, Close Brothers, Cushman & Wakefield, Long Harbour, JLL and Savills.
Stay tuned for a video with David Erwin, Property Race Day co-founder, on his event highlights from the past 10 years.
