Land Securities has confirmed two new tenants taking a combined 30,000 sq ft at 123 Victoria Street, SW1.
CPA Global has agreed to take 12,600 sq ft comprising part of the third and fourth floors, moving their headquarters from Olivers Yard, EC4.
In addition, software company Intuit has agreed a 10-year lease on 17,300 sq ft, paying close to £59 per sq ft. It has been in discussions for the space since November 2012.
Adrian Crooks, leasing director at Land Securities, said: “We continue to see strong interest from a diverse mix of businesses who are attracted to our offering in Victoria.”
DTZ advised Intuit; Capita Symonds represented CPA Global; CBRE is letting agent on 123 Victoria Street.
