Blackstone has leased the remaining space in 125 Old Broad Street, EC2, its 26-storey, 330,000 sq ft office building.
Recent deals include the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company leasing 1,800 sq ft on the 16th floor at £81 per sq ft.
An unnamed banking tenant has signed to take 5,000 sq ft and existing tenant ADS Securities has taken a further 2,200 sq ft, bringing the building to full occupation.
Blackstone acquired the building in July 2014 from Brookfield Property Partners for £320m.
Ed Hodgson, director at Blackstone Property Management, said: “Securing these lettings is affirmation of London’s continuing status as a global financial and commercial centre.”
CBRE and GM Real Estate are joint letting agents on 125 Old Broad Street.
