Crown Student Living is looking to forward fund its 814-bed purpose-build student accommodation scheme in Birmingham.
The developer is seeking offers of around £130m for the Crown Place scheme at 75 Lancaster Street, which has commenced construction with Winvic as the main contractor.
The project is expected to complete in early 2026.
Crown Student Living has planning consent for a 33-storey tower, comprising 242 beds in cluster rooms and 572 studios. The clusters consist of simplex, duplex and triplex apartments.
The scheme also includes student amenities such as study space, a gym, cinema room, games room, private dining rooms, social lounges and terraces.
Crown Student Living is seeking a purchaser to exchange contracts to acquire the land and simultaneously enter into a development funding agreement.
Savills is advising the seller.
