The 51 teams had to overcome a series of challenges including river crossing, mountain biking, kayaking, clay shooting and archery to complete the 44km course, which began at Drumlanrig Castle near Dumfries on Friday. Team Twa Phat Loons and a Gallus Bisom from Whiteburn Projects won the mixed team class in 4 hrs 29 mins and Cundall came first in the all-male category in 3 hrs 33 mins. More than £15,000 was raised from the race for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Homes.
More than 150 competitors from the property industry ran, cycled, shot and splashed their way through the 6th Buccleuch Property Challenge at Queensbury Estate in Scotland.
