Healthcare PR firm Chandler Chicco is the final tenant to sign at 151 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2.
The company has taken the 6,500 sq ft fifth floor at Royal London Asset Management’s 23,300 sq ft building.
Chandler Chicco will pay £57.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
It joins tenants including Main First Bank and Travelzoo (Europe).
The tenant was advised by Montagu Evans. Cushman & Wakefield and Strutt & Parker represented RLAM.
