The portfolio comprises 44 homes across four assets. It generates an income of £575,388 per annum, and an estimated rental pricing of £1,076,744 pa, reflecting 42% reversion vs passing rent at 100%.
The assets include Ladbroke Crescent, comprising 20 homes, Colvile Terrace comprising seven homes, Powis Square comprising nine homes and Brook Mews North in Westminster comprising eight homes.
The sites were owned by Transomas Investments. Bank of Singapore, the secured charge-holder, appointed Fraser as receivers.
Vandermolen Real Estate and Savills have been appointed to jointly market the portfolio.
Jonathan Vandermolen, chief executive at Vandermolen Real Estate, told Estates Gazette such a portfolio coming to market was “very rare” and the firm had been “inundated with enquiries”.
