West End office block 20 Manchester Square, W1, has formally been put up for sale at £62.3m – a 5% yield.
The 69,460 sq ft property has now hit the market three months after Standard Life instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to prepare it for a sale.
The Marylebone building is let to Boston Consulting Group until 24 March 2021 at a rent of £58 per sq ft.
It is a long leasehold interest from The Portman Estate expiring in 2134.
Standard Life bought the asset from Close Brothers in 2005 for around £60m.
