A £205m for-sale sign has been hoisted above the Victoria head office building of Giorgio Armani.
Doughty Hanson and Urban & Civic have this week formally brought 1-5 Howick Place, SW1, to market, via CBRE.
Offers in excess of £205m, a 4.7% net initial yield, are sought for the 143,470 sq ft office block. The building also includes 33 flats.
The instruction comes shortly after the property became fully let. Tenants include Giorgio Armani, Informa UK and Dong Energy.
Annual rental income from the asset is £9.5m.
