Plans have been approved for a £24m office development at Stockley Park near Heathrow.
The 14,000 sq ft project, named The Bower, is being designed by ESA on behalf of Exton Estates and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Marek Sroka, London director at ESA, said: “The redevelopment will deliver a contemporary, highly efficient, sustainable, BREEAM Excellent design that will exceed the expectations of the market.”
Construction is due to start on site in January 2015.
Knight Frank and Dowley Turner have been retained as letting agents on The Bower.
