Turley Associates has secured outline planning permission for 450 new homes in Cornwall on behalf of Persimmon Homes.
The resolution was made on 25 August by Cornwall’s Strategic Planning Committee. Planning permission is expected to be granted shortly, following completion of the section106 agreement.
The proposed development is to the north-west of Liskeard town centre and will provide a range of family homes together with a local centre and public open space.
Peter Stacey, a planning director in the Bristol office of Turley Associates, said: “This scheme will help attract new families to Liskeard and bring significant social and economic benefits to the town.”
