Savills raised a total of £52.5m at its recent sale on 31 March.
Of 164 lots offered, 134 sold, a success rate of 82%. Both residential and commercial lots were offered.
A top lot was a freehold semi-detached cottage on Wimbledon Common, SW19, which sold for £2.5m. The three-bedroom cottage has potential for development subject to planning.
The auction took place at the Millennium Hotel, Mayfair, W1.
