New York’s 5th Avenue is the most expensive address for a shop, with rents reaching $3,500 a square foot, according to a survey by Cushman & Wakefield.
In second place is Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, followed by Avenue des Champs d’Élysées in Paris and Bond Street in London.
Grafton Street in Dublin and Covent Garden in London had the highest rental growth.
