Hattersley Retail and Trade Centre, a 75,000 sq ft retail park in Hattersley, Ormskirk, has been supported by a £6.2m funding deal with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The Hattersley centre, owned by the Mackie family, is made up of eight units of varying sizes.
Retailers include Home Bargains, Netto, Halfords, Howdens, Magnet, Jewsons, Plumbase and Tile Giant.
The Royal Bank of Scotland’s real estate finance team based in Leeds provided the £6.2m funding to support the centre’s continued development.
