The Picture Production Company has signed a 10-year lease for the whole of 6-8 Kingly Court in Soho, W1.
The production agency has agreed to relocate to the circa 9,000 sq ft property, paying in the region of £65 per sq ft.
It is moving from similar-sized space at 19-20 Poland Street, also W1.
Monmouth Dean acted for the tenant; Cushman & Wakefield and H2S0 represented the landlord, Shaftesbury Carnaby.
