60 London Wall redevelopment approved

lasalles-60-london-wallLaSalle Investment Management and Citygrove Securities have received planning consent for the redevelopment of 60 London Wall, EC2.

The redevelopment comprises 320,000 sq ft of offices across the ground floor, 10 upper floors and roof terraces, along with 18,000 sq ft of retail space.

The project is due to complete in the first half of 2019.

The scheme, designed by EPR Architects, will benefit from the opening of Crossrail in 2018 with the new east ticket hall situated just 150 m from the building.

LaSalle Investment Management bought the scheme last year from Deutsche Fonds Holding for £197.5m.
