65 Twenty decants to Spitalfields

65 Twenty, publisher of entertainment websites The LAD Bible and The Sport Bible, is to triple its office size to 1,740 sq ft with a move to
Jack’s Place in Spitalfields, E1.

It will pay £46.50 per sq ft for the space in the building, which is owned by charitable trust Donating Charity and Hurdale Charity.

Rapidly expanding TMT firms are being squeezed out of the West End, where average prime rents are £125 per sq ft, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

SEI and Publicis are among those that have left the area this year. Paul Belchak & Co acted for the landlord; BDG Sparkes Porter advised 65 Twenty.
