A garage in Kensington, West London, has been put on the market at an asking price of £650,000.
The garage is uninhabitable at the moment but has the potential to be converted into a studio flat.
Planning permission was granted more than 10 years ago to turn the garage into a residence, but has expired and a new submission would have to be made.
