Galliard Homes has submitted detailed plans for a 1,500-home development on the Isle of Dogs, E14.
The Hawkins\Brown and Studio Egret West-designed scheme comprises four buildings at 3 Millharbour and 6-8 South Quay Square ranging from 10 to 44 storeys.
Homes on the 6.37-acre site would be a mixture of private and social. Plans also include a school, 62,645 sq ft of commercial space, 387 car parking spaces and two new public parks. Subject to consent from Tower Hamlets council, the development would take five years to complete. Signet Planning is advising.
