Essential Living has secured consent for a private rented scheme in Greenwich which will be targeted at families.
The 249-home Creekside Wharf, SE10, development comprises two residential towers designed by Assael Architecture with an estimated gross development value of £80m.
The scheme will provide 25% affordable housing which will be integrated into the development.
The affordable flats will be available at a discount to market rent for households identified by the local authority.
