Manchester-based residential property management firm urbanbubble has signed a 10-year lease for 5,900 sq ft on the first floor of Sevendale House in the city’s Northern Quarter.
The firm will relocate from Swan Square in November.
Managing director Michael Howard said: “We love the north side of the city because of its character, heritage and the edge it has. I am delighted we have been able to secure the space in Sevendale House. It is a beautiful piece of Manchester heritage and the work Mark Davies and his team have done to transform it is simply brilliant. I am chuffed that we are only moving a few blocks from our Tib Street offices in Swan Square and urbanbubble will be calling it home from November, which is when we plan to move in.”
Other tenants in Sevendale House, which is owned by Philip J Davies Holdings, include Ticketmaster, Liquid Personnel and Code Computerlove. There is 2,000 sq ft still available.
