90 North has appointed investment specialist John Yeend as a partner in its London office.
Yeend was director of investment and development acquisitions at LaSalle for six years, before which he led investment at Northridge Capital and Treasury Holdings.
He has over 25 years’ experience in property investment, development and fund management.
Yeend said: “Our intention is to widen the spectrum of investment opportunities to include alternative real estate sectors and also development joint ventures in conventional commercial markets, which have been a feature of my career to date.”
90 North added $300m (£238m) to its US portfolio in the last 12 months and has global assets valued at £1bn.
