An apartment in Eaton Square, in London’s Belgravia, is to be auctioned with a bargain guide price of £90,000 – though anyone wanting to live there will need to pay a further £900,000 in a year’s time to extend the lease.
Auction House will auction the two-bedroom, grade II-listed property on 2 June.
Once the property is done up, it should be worth £1.5m, Andrew Binstock of Auction House estimates.
