Mark Routledge, former head of office investment at CBRE, has joined Knight Frank as a partner in its capital markets team.
He had left CBRE after more than nine years at the business. Before that, he was head of investment at MEPC and a director at JLL.
Routledge will work closely with Knight Frank partner Alastair Graham-Campbell and head of UK capital markets Richard Claxton, with whom he worked 25 years ago at Herring Baker Harris.
Graham-Campbell said: “Mark brings significant investment and development experience to the Knight Frank team and has an excellent network of contacts within private equity. He is a serious ‘rainmaker’ and we are excited about what he will bring to our team.”
