A&J Mucklow has paid Coltham Developments £2.25m for the Moulinex unit at Golden Cross Industrial Park near Aston, Birmingham, West Midlands.
The deal follows Coltham’s letting of the purpose-built 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) unit to Moulinex Swan Holdings on a 15 year lease at £180,000 pa.
As part of the letting agreement, Coltham paid £1.2m for Moulinex’s 400,000 sq ft complex at Hockley Heath, West Midlands, which it intends refurbishing as smaller units.
Weatherall Green & Smith acted for Moulinex, while Richard Ellis advised Coltham.
