A-one+ locates HQ at Sherwood Park

  Joint venture A-one+ is to locate its new head office at Sherwood Park in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, in one of the largest lettings in the East Midlands this year.   The newly established joint venture, a partnership between construction companies Halcrow, Colas and Costain, has taken the largest building at property company Merchant Place’s Core 27 scheme on the park.   The 22,734 sq ft Building One will house the new operation and will see staff relocated from across the UK.   A seven year lease with a five-year break has been agreed at a rent of around £12.50 per sq ft – £2 per sq ft under the quoting rent.   Nottingham agent heb and Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office are letting agents for Core 27.  A-one + was represented by Costain Group’s in-house property department.   lisa.pilkington@rbi.co.uk
