Andrews & Robertson will rebrand as andrew scott robertson from 1 January 2013 following its merger with commercial and residential estate agency Quinton Scott.
The auction house, which will hold its last sale under the A&R banner on 17 December at Hotel Russell, WC1, merged with the Wimbledon-based chartered surveyor Quinton Scott in July.
The new firm is planning to expand during 2013, most likely by acquiring one or more existing multi-service agencies in the affluent areas of south-west London, and could potentially double its headcount.
Its 44 staff work across four offices in Chelsea, Camberwell, Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon town centre.
A&R chief executive Robin Cripp is chairman of the new company, while Quinton Scott senior partner John King is chief executive.
