A scheme comprising student flats and family homes in Oxfordshire is planned by A2Dominion.
The developer intends to replace the 30-year old Luther Court housing estate in Oxford with 19 student cluster flats for 76 students, 35 two-bedroom houses for rent, and eight one-bedroom houses.
The £8m redevelopment plans, designed by Yurky Cross Architects, will shortly be submitted to Oxford city council.
Subject to planning consent, work on the site would begin in late 2012.
