AAH Pharmaceuticals is set to complete the £16m sale and leaseback of its new 225,000 sq ft distribution complex in Stoke.
The company, Britain’s largest distributor of pharmaceutical products, has been funding the construction of its centre on a 15-acre site on the Nelson Trading Estate, Kidsgrove.
AAH is understood to have taken a 20-year lease at around £4.35 psf.
Brown Harknett International, part of Savills, bought 22 acres on the estate for an undisclosed sum eleven months ago.
They are now marketing the seven remaining acres, and sourcing funding for a sale and leaseback.
Both AAH and BHI decline to comment, but observers put the value of the deal at around £16m.
